WHERE ARE MY “2” PURCHASES MADE ON 6-1-2026
No delivery after purchase 15 days ago. I have tried calling and writing emails.
I was told on the phone I would receive it within 48 hours.
Instead, I got something that didn't trace to my tracking number and didn't look anything like either wig. What is going on?

I can never get anybody to talk to about the order that I sent for a wig and they keep telling me they’re sending me a tracking number. I never get a tracking number and it also is not in my spam

Not support staff! Poor Customer Service

Poor Quality wigs.
- Wigs received did not resemble the advertised ones.
- Return requested but no return information provided; options were 40% off or $25 refund.
IDefine wigs Advertised beautiful wear & go wigs. But the wigs I received did not look anything like those advertised.
They sent me wigs (more like a mass of sewn hair) that you cant possibly wear & go. This company is a scam. Its products are poor quality, not styled & the hair quality does not look like human hair. What I received was definitely an example of false advertisement.
I have requested the return as they specified but no return information has been provided. Instead they offered me two options: I was to get 40% off an another purchase or a $25 refund while they keep over $200 of my money for products I cannot use.

I sent pictures of the 2 wigs I purchased, and I never got a response. I don't like the wigs.
One was a bob hairstyle, and it wasn't. The second one was raggedy. Please tell me how I return these wigs. Then you had the nerve to tell me to take them to a stylist and get them styled the way I want them.
Why would I do that? I paid over 200 dollars for something that was to come to me the way I paid for them.
